Propuesta de intervención para mejorar el clima de aula en el séptimo grado en la Unidad Educativa Enrique Mora Sares de la ciudad de Machala en el periodo lectivo 2017 - 2018 respecto al clima del aula que existe en el proceso instructivo – formativo
Abstract:
The present search has been made within the Proposal of intervention to improve the classroom´s climate in the seventh grade of the Educational Unit "Enrique Mora Sares" from Machala city in the school period 2017 - 2018, its purpose is to analyze the climate from the identification of the problem, the review and bibliographic contents ; it had a transversal character, descriptive and correlational, the inductive - deductive method was used for the analysis of the generalities to the particular; it used techniques such as the survey, applied by the CES questionnaire of Moos and Trickett Ecuadorian adaptation that was made to two teachers and forty four students from two parallels . In results, it shows weaknesses in the sub scales of control with 5.32 of the students and 5.50 of the teacher and the sub-scale of tasks a 6.05 student and 6.00 of teachers considering them as a low range that harms the favorable development of the school climate and therefore an inadequate perception in the training process. In order to improve these critical points (control and tasks), the development of classroom climate intervention strategies in the teaching - learning process has been proposed through a classroom application workshop that improves the educational quality of the students in this grade
