Propuesta de mejora de calidad del hotel Panamericano ubicado en el cantón Antonio Ante de la provincia de Imbabura durante el periodo 2016 - 2017


Abstract:

The present investigation work aims to determine the level of quality of customer service, infrastructure and service of hotel Panamericano, in accordance to the grade of satisfaction of its guests in order to design a continuous improvement plan to place to the hotel as the best of the north of Ecuador. This work was developed by applying descriptive and field methodology, with support of employees of the hotel, inspection made in the hotel building and information collected from guests by mean of satisfaction and quality measuring survey.
