Abstract:

For imports businesses that search the improvement in the commercial field, is important to establish the correct processes by the moment that an import is done; the world knows that this business, especially this particular area is an indispensable piece for any enterprise because this is the way that products can enter the country and be sold to the general public. To accomplish all deliveries without any delays that could generate discomfort in customers and also to take care of the company’s prestige. In the import department of Maquinaria y Vehiculos S.A. company, we have decided to focus on the improvement of all the processes so that the company, due to the volume of formalities, would be able to nationalize without delays, after the improvements, the main objective is to be able to fulfill the delivery of the products in the estimated time so that the needs of all kind of customers could be satisfied.
