Abstract:

Today an organization of any kind should think about creating value, the outputs in their processes must have greater value than the tickets used to be produced. This is where Six Sigma can play an important role in helping organizations to produce maximum value with the optimal use of resources. Six Sigma is an initiative led by senior management that seeks radical improvements in the processes through drastic reductions in the variation of key parameters for customer satisfaction; your goal is to reach a nonconforming 3.4 million opportunities, promoting focused management processes.
