Propuesta de mejoramiento para la bodega de repuestos de la empresa “Camar"

Abstract:

This research work contains information on the proposal of improvement in the storage management of the winery in the company CAMAR to contribute with the productivity and profitability of the same with the purpose of correcting the existing weaknesses in the of cellar, contributing with the efficiency and optimization of the inventory process, emphasizing the importance that constitutes for any organization to have an efficient control of inventories. The investigation is feasible, to find a solution in the problematic posed; It is a field research of descriptive type, with theoretical bases. The collection techniques used in the research were: direct observation, questionnaire among others. When obtaining the data, we understood the real situation of the company with respect to the handling of inventory in the warehouse of spare and thus to elaborate the proposal of improvement that adapts to the necessities of the same ones and which allowed to give validity and reliability to the Research. The objective of this proposal is to provide an improvement in the management of storage of inventory in the warehouse of spare parts for obtaining adequate controls and efficient for the maximize the resources of the company.
