Propuesta de mejoras basado en la norma ISO/IEC 17025, para laboratorio de control de calidad de una empresa procesadora de café de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract:

The lack of regularization in some aspects of the qualit laboratory in the company procesadora of coffee located in the city of Guayaquil has produced that does not fulfill with the requirements of the ISO norm 17025 that it is where the requirements are established for the laboratories of test and calibration. Such as the lack of a correct layout, responsibility in gowns and equipments of personal protection or the variation of indicators for the processes carried out in the department. By this it was motivated to realizing the thesis proposing changes based on a norm of great importance in the laborator environment.
