Propuesta de sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud ocupacional de acuerdo a la normativa SGPR caso: DISERVAL

Abstract:

The managements of the Diserval Company as a result of an engagement with the employees and in fulfillment of the current safety and health rules of the work place, have given the opening to the creation of the present proposal of the System design of Occupational Health and Safety Management (SDOHSM), according to what is established with the National System of Management for the Prevention of Occupational Hazards (SMP) This work, in its first chapter, contains general data of the company, such as its location, internal structure, processed products and productive processes. The second chapter refers in a punctual way, of the technical and legal concepts necessaries for the comprehension and execution of the SDOHSM Within the third chapter, it has evidenced the beginning assessment of the Diserval Company, in relation to the Occupational Safety and Health, and the development of the proposal of the SDOHSM in the part of the Administrative Management and Technic management. Finally, in the fourth chapter, we can find elaborated the proposal of the different plans of capacitation, training and process of selection of the employees for the Human Talent Management, in the same way as well, the research process of the accidents and the different plans for emergency cases necessaries for the execution of the Operative Process. Lastly, it indicates that the corresponding conclusions and recommendations to execute efficiently the SDOHSM within the Diserval Company.
