Abstract:

This thesis contains the development for a Workplace Security and Health Management System in "Centro de Reposo y Adicciones CRA - Hospital Psiquiatrico Humberto Ugalde Camacho" that will allow the institution to make an effective hazard prevention based on the Ecuadorian Management System along with its health and security laws.
