Propuesta de un manual de procesos de inventario para mejorar la rentabilidad de la empresa reciclajes y procesos ecológicos s.a

Abstract:

This research work justifies its realization due to the increase in the purchase activities of recycled material in Ecológicos S.A. The current processes that are executed in this area are not developed efficiently, since these tasks are not executed in an orderly manner or respecting standards of good labor practices, which has not allowed the joint harmonization of related processes. As a general objective of this research work, it was proposed to explain to what extent the lack of a manual of inventory management processes influences the profitability of the company Reciclajes y Procesos Ecológicos SA in 2021. The need for the company is to have a manual of processes for inventory management that allows harmonizing the tasks developed together within the purchasing area. The research design of the present work was based on the qualitative-quantitative method, of an explanatory type, which allowed us to analyze the context of the areas involved in the present study. In the collection and analysis of the data obtained in the company, survey techniques were used. The research instruments were questionnaires and an interview guide. Through the development of the proposal, the project was financially evaluated, where its viability was determined through the projection of financial statements in conjunction with the NPV and IRR indicators, thus demonstrating its viability in execution. The present study allows to conclude that through the development of correctly coordinated activities, weaknesses are avoided within the processes, in addition the need to have a process manual for the purchasing area is of vital importance for the profitability of Ecológico S.A.
