Propuesta de un modelo de balance social para el colegio de bachillerato “Beatriz Cueva de Ayora” de la ciudad de Loja, a través del análisis, aplicación y evaluación de indicadores de gestión social, año 2015.
Abstract:
The aim of this research is to develop a proposal for a model of social balance for the "Beatriz Cueva de Ayora" high school, in Loja City, through the analysis, implementation and evaluation of social management indicators, during 2015 in Loja- Ecuador, this project will develop a technical tool, to improve the social level impact on students, parents and teachers, who integrate the school community contributing to the spiritual, personal, and communitarian growth. In the methodology, it was applied the descriptive, analytical and exploratory methods, the last one, it was applied because there is no a previous research about the topic, so the exploratory method allowed us to gather useful information for the research work. As a technique, it was used a survey, and it was applied to teachers, students and students’ parents. This research includes four chapters; the first one corresponds to the theoretical framework, the second one to the high school’s history, the third one corresponds to the results of teachers, students and parents’ surveys, and finally, the fourth one presents a model of social balance.
