Propuesta de un modelo de gestión administrativa y financiera para la matriz de la Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Cooprogreso Ltda., desde la óptica de la economía popular y solidaria

Abstract:

The thesis that is presented throw the following pages, consists on propose and performance of financing plans from the administrative, financial and technical angle, including management of contracts oriented to the matrix of the cooperative cbkp_redit company Cooprogreso Ltda., oriented for a solidary, socially and environmentally as useful new economics to establish a monitoring mechanism based on a helpful plan for Management and executive board and Statistics to take decisions. The development of the thesis was done through a hard-well done investigation based on the study of the actual situation of the cooperative cbkp_redit company to identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT). Besides, the investigation ensured the regulation of financial intermediation entities as one of their activities related to the solidary, socially and environmentally as useful new economics. As a result of the study, we propose the creation of a new departure inside the Company to help align logistics operations with business strategies of values and corporate principles through briefly cover the process below. In addition, we propose to apply the main concepts established in the Organic Law for the solidary, socially and environmentally as useful new economics for monitoring of subsidiaries comprises quarterly reporting of results and of the main financial indicators in order to provide a framework in which market forces can be harnessed to maintain and increase growth and to create an efficient development of the Organization. The appliance of the propose that we signed will help form the basis of economic growth in the years to come because It is centered on the processes which has a direct impact on partners. Consequently it is brought about in an atmosphere of trust and openness in which ideas or arguments are not imposed, but rather the people are invited to pursue a process appropriate to their personal and social circumstances establish by the actual control authority: Solidary, socially and environmentally Superintendence of Ecuador.
