Propuesta de un plan de comunicación estratégico encaminado a crear una imagen de cbkp_redibilidad y confianza hacia el servicio aeropolicial (SAP) y dar a conocer a los grupos oficialmente reconocidos de protección ciudadana, la colaboración que el sap puede brindar en las diferentes áreas de su competencia


Abstract:

This work is focused on the implementation of strategies and public relations in order to create an image of cbkp_redibility for the Aeropolicy Service, and to raise awareness of the services that the Citizen Protection Groups offer. In order to achieve the aforementioned plan, the first chapter details the history, mission, vision, and objectives of the Aeropolicy Service and of the Citizen Protection Groups. The second chapter details the importance of corporate communication, corporate communication planning, information technologies and communication, communication disciplines, and finally, public relations, as it is necessary to emphasize corporate communication with others in the same field, which is based on the need for proper inter-corporate coordination in order to provide mutual support and to work together in achieving common goals. The third chapter talks about the corporate identity, corporate image, and crisis communication. Then in the fourth chapter, it required you to know about the perception of the authorities and operational staff of the Citizen Protection Groups through surveys and interviews. Finally, in the fifth and last chapter, it presents the proposal in which they determined favorable strategies for accomplishing the planned objectives.
