Propuesta de un programa de seguridad basado en el comportamiento Stop en el área de tubera de una empresa de acero.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to design a safety program based on "STOP" behavior for the identification and control of substandard acts and conditions in the pipe area of a steel company during the year 2022. The design used for the research is descriptive and not experimental, for the analysis of the current situation several tools have been used through the qualitative method and for which techniques such as interviews, observation cards and direct observation were used. The results obtained determine that there are several opportunities for improvement for the prevention of accidents and work incidents to be solved the results obtained show that there are several opportunities for improvement in the prevention of accidents and work incidents. With the implementation of the current program, a cost benefit of 1.66% and a profitability of 66% were obtained, making the proposal viable.
