Propuesta de un sistema de mejora continua para aumentar la productividad en la Empresa Liris S.A.
Abstract:
The present titling project was carried out in a processing plant of products made of chicken dough that shows some problems with the raw material, it also has unnecessary production stops during the productive process and reduction of the productivity. The methodology applied during this project is Total Quality Management using elements of Industrial Engineering for the field measurement that will provide results to compare the actual techniques against the proposal of this document, the objective will be the reduction of 50% of production stops for re-programming, the elimination at 100% of production stops for raw material defaults and reduction at 50% of production stops for disorganization; contributing with the continuous improvement of the productive. As base information of this project the plant shows an average production of 673 pounds produced daily and as result of the implementation of this proposal was expected to have a production around 1,379 pounds daily, the present document will support the economic feasibility of the same.
