Propuesta interiorista para el bkp_rediseño del centro cultural municipal en la ciudad de Macas y la implementación de una galería interactiva cultural

Abstract:

This degree project it is about the redesign of Centro Cultural Municipal de la Ciudad de Macas, the main idea is the interest of generating a space of cultural attraction and entertainment for children and adults of that city and possible tourist. Besides, contributing to the culture development of the area integrating the spaces into a single equipment. The building to intervene is located in the city of Macas, which is part of the Amazonian region of Ecuador. Starting from studies of the needs of the area, different functional environments will be created making of artistic activities a requirement to develop a meeting and recreation site. Materials of the area will be used as the Chonta, the Canelon and stones mainly from the river, so users perceive the sensation of the culture by the textures of it materials. The project is notable for having an interactive gallery that will be directed to the whole public, by means of which will be exhibited of the customs and traditions of the old Macabeos. On the other hand the exterior of the property will be used to generate relationships between the interior and exterior of the building, making the citizenry also participate in what happens at the cultural center.
