Propuesta para disminuir los accidentes eléctricos de personas al contacto con las redes aéreas desnudas de 13.8 Kv. en el área de concesión de CNEL EP Unidad de Negocio Guayaquil.

Abstract:

The objective of this project is to analyze the accidents caused due to the contact of people with feeders of 13.8 kv in the concession area of CNEL EP, business unit Guayaquil; taking as a basis the statistical data recorded from January 2010 to June 2015 by the center of controlling and monitoring "SCADA". Through the tabulation of the statistical data, we can denote the cyclical behavior presented by the accidents occured in a period of 12 months. Using prioritization methodologies, such as the Pareto diagram, it was possible to determine that the feeder with more accidents and vulnerability is the one in Flor de Bastión 4, which belongs to the Flor de Bastión substation located in the northwest of the city. In this feeder it was developed an evaluation of the 5 accidents registered, to determine the risk of the contact of people with uncovered overhead electric lines of 13.8 kv and based on the NTP330 methodology, it was evaluated the level of exposure, deficiency and consequence that were evidenced in each event. The proposed improvements had a corrective nature in the case of the source of the problem ( structure change) and in the transmission media (placing protectors or barriers); preventive actions addressed to people were also proposed (capacitations about electrical risk and the CONELEC 002/10 regulation); finally, some complementary actions were suggested (installation of signage on posts and the delivery of notifications to buildings that violate the CONELEC 002/10 regulation)
