Propuesta para la aplicación del comercio justo para la exportación de prendas de vestir de Atuntaqui hacia una tienda solidaria en Estados Unidos

Abstract:

With this project what is sought is the creation of a business association engaged in the export of readymade garments in Atuntaqui, why has performed the relevant research in order to promote and enhance the economic activities of Imbabura province and country through the textile trade and income generating activities. As a starting point, a study of the Textile Sector Analysis, in which investigated the current status of textiles from Ecuador and analysis of external factors such as the PEST analysis. Then consider the situation of access to major international markets, an important result was obtained, related to the existence of a mass consumer product made and key points for entry into a market with export destination, and the analysis of each country was chosen to enter the market and analyzes each of them to see which is the appropriate market, we also studied the micro business environment for studying competition and segmentation providers from whom the product is intended. According to information obtained, hardly establishes that textiles are marketed directly by producers outwards by more or less complicated procedures required to perform, as well as the lack of companies or entities that can channel the product external market. Having identified this weakness has been the feasibility of creating a company that allows associative exporting direct marketing to the international market of clothing made in Atuntaqui. Following the analysis of problems in Atuntaqui associativity follows that the new company will allow all entrepreneurs to join and form a partnership in which they are strong and firm and can export to the market and satisfy specified market that is targeted, thereby energizing the industrial and commercial sector. So the company created it will directly employ the local people and improving the quality of life of people, contributing something to reduce unemployment and underemployment local, which is a positive contribution to the population. The company said associative work with proper and efficient administration, whose primary purpose is to turn it into a great company that meets the needs of all members and beneficiaries of the same.
