Abstract:

This diploma work was developed as a tool for creating a manual to the implementation of ceremonial and protocol systems in human´s daily lives and also it helps in the good organization of business events in the city of Quito. It was developed in six chapters. The first chapter contains the definitions and outlines the features and components of private companies to understand the key points system that will manage and implement a better structure and communicative skills. Chapter two identifies the need to understand and apply the rules of protocol and ceremonial events in the business. Here are in detailed the most important issues that must be taken in order to organize an event, the team that will collaborate and the roles that each one of the members have.
