Propuesta para la creación de una empresa de servicios de organización alquiler y decoraciones de celebraciones al estilo Tipi en la ciudad de Milagro.

Abstract:

An investigation was carried out with the proposal for the creation of a service company for the organization, rental and decoration of teepee-style celebrations in the city of Milagro and to be able to demonstrate its feasibility. This project sought to implement the service of celebrations and social and family events in open spaces, with beautiful decorations of American Indian-type shops, in twelve the clients do not have to pay more for a service, with strict biosafety and innovation measures by combining the nature with the celebration of events. An investigation was carried out in the legal, market, strategic and financial areas, all of them delimiting the project and at the same time drawing up the regulations for its implementation. It was found that social needs in celebrations have been crushed by the pandemic and it is difficult to live an apparent security in a closed place, in the financial analysis it was found that financial viability was measured with the internal rate of return that reached 32.09 %, greater than the Tmar of 14.5%, likewise, the value of the NPV greater than zero, indicates that the operation would be economically profitable. The sensitivity indicates that if the project declines in sales by 40%, then the net present value is negative, therefore the project is not economically viable, also indicated by the 14.33% of the internal rate of return that with the same fall in sales, the project is not financially favorable because it is lower than the Tmar.
