Propuesta para la implementación de un seguro de accidentes de tránsito SOAT en el Ecuador

Abstract:

The insurance appears with the necessity of looking for a type of economic protection, the Chinese merchants ventured to transport their goods, installing them in flimsy crafts that descended for the big currents of the continental rivers to avoid the ruin of them, prepared them so each boat contained each merchant's part, applying the basic service of the insurance. If a craft shipwrecked, the lost one affected to a small part of the goods of each one. Latin America inherited the contract of sure perfectly established and the constitution of company insurance companies went almost simultaneously to its birth, according to data of the Swiss center of Formation Insurance company of Switzerland; these companies settled down in 1789 in Mexico; 1795 in Cuba; 1796 in Argentina, 1808 in Brazil 1895 in Peru and in 1886 in the Ecuador. The first indication of control of the environment of the insurance in our country constituted the Ordinance Legislative, published in the Official Registration N° 1105 of November 18 1909 in the one that prepared that all national company or foreigner that I will negotiate in the Ecuador name a manager or representative.
