Abstract:

The technical project was carried out with the purpose of optimizing the production processes of the automotive mechanic workshop “VINI”, creating an optimization proposal that serves to improve the automotive service, through the application of the ABC costing method, which will help to know the operating costs or fixed costs, so that the expenses generated by each activity carried out by the workshop can be estimated more effectively.
