Propuesta para mejorar la productividad de una empresa envasadora de gas licuado de petróleo de la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract:

The main objective of this work is to propose improvements to productivity, besides establishing the causes that generate deficiency in the levels of production of the LPG plant. In this way, an improvement proposal is designed to optimize the production system and to increase productivity levels through the interrelation of utilization, efficiency and quality indexes. For the elaboration of this document several methodologies were applied among them we have: a program of global production efficiency (EGP), Ishikawa diagram, Pareto diagram and statistical data that will allow obtaining and measuring unproductive times, in such a way that can determine what the productivity indices that the plant has are.
