Abstract:

he objective of the present technological proposal is to analyze and design a web system to facilitate the process review and approval of project plans for titration In the Department for the qualification of a career in engineering in Administrative Systems Computerized - University of Guayaquil. This system will be easy to configure for users and the administrator can add, edit and delete information regarding this process. Chapter I: In this chapter there is described the theoretical design of the proposed project, in this section the functionality of the information systems is included, The description of the development methodology and tools to be used to develop a system, It allows us to have a clear understanding of the web system to develop. Chapter II: A study was conducted and prior analysis to understand the reality of the population academic interviewed and surveyed, this allowed us to represent them in graphical tools to observe and get to know the acceptance that will have the web system proposed. Chapter III: In this chapter was developed the technology Proposal , Where you had to integrate different types of tools like PHP and MySQL, to enable Web animations, effects, 3D objects among others for the development of the database and web design. In this way was developed a web application of easy handling and good design. Finally, presents the conclusions and recommendations based on the learning acquired during the development of this work and a user manual for the operation of the system.
