Propuesta tecnológica de software orientado a la administración de la iglecia evangelica apostólica del Jesús

Abstract:

In the Evangelical Apostolic Church of Jesus' name the information is a property of every committee, there are realized raisings of information of the believers from time to time in paper and later it registers in Excel which remains in custody of every committee and in occasions duplicity of information has been detected because every committee realizes raisings of information separately and additional the volume is considerable, bearing in mind that they are more than 700 believers in the church. In virtue to the mentioned it puts to disposition on this technological offer for the revenue of the basic and religious information of the believers, visualization of reports for the capture of decisions of the shepherds. This software will reach to the obtaining of information that the church now has in printed directories or digital files (Excel) and is tried to automate and to store in database and to generate reports opportunely with specific information for the constant decisions that the directors of the church must take. This project of thesis leads to the development and automation in the processes of the Church with regard to the information of the believers, we will present a tool in a modern platform since they are the web applications lodged at an IT cloud or Cloud Space, this enclosed method will influence decrease of costs before the implementation of a center of calculation, which generates advantages in this case with an institution without end of profit.
