Propuesta tecnológica de una aplicación Móvil para la getón de toma de pedidos en " FRUTI CAFÉ" en la Ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract:

Nowadays, the efficiency of a service is measured by the quality of care provided to the client, for that the establishments implement resources that satisfy the demands of the consumer. Mobile applications are a common tool for buyers who want access to brand, business or business information with just a mobile device, through this tool, companies can display their products, services, novelty, promotions and improve the user experience. Fruti Café is a local business located in the city of Guayaquil that is characterized by the personalization of sandwiches, colleagues of the business owner make request via text message and these are minimal because few people know the telephone number, for that reason has been sought an alternative that contributes that question. As explained in previous lines, it is proposed to develop a viable technological tool, a mobile application that allows home orders and promote their products; the apps generate loyalty with customers and allow them to retain them. The Android platform is chosen for the development of the application because it is the most widely used operating system worldwide in the mobile platform. During the development of the project in the analysis of the surveys allowed to validate the positive and persuasive impact to the clients with the mobile application and the applied research to the present titling work is directed towards a quantitative approach therefore the data will be examined in a way numerical and directed to a research of descriptive type, when analyzing the feasibility environments, it is determined that it is a feasible project for Fruti Café so this business of entrepreneurship will have a mobile presence and provide a better customer service.
