Abstract:

A historical analysis has been made and the systematics of the Ecuadorian legislature was reviewed in relation to the participation of women; to late make known the social, political, cultural and economic situation, which revolves around the leading role of women in the development of the Pangui canton of 2014-2017, and define their contribution to society.
