Análisis del impacto económico en la vivienda social en Portoviejo de un diseño de hormigón, enfocado en las características de los agregados gruesos y finos suministrados por …
Abstract:
Concrete is an artificial stone material used for the construction of various structures, from the most complex to the simplest, from skyscrapers to social housing. The stone aggregates (coarse and fine aggregate) represent the highest percentage of the components that make it up, therefore, the choice of these aggregates to be used in the mixture has a direct impact on the cost of its preparation and consequently on the final product. In the present investigation, it was proposed to determine the economic impact on social housing in the city of Portoviejo of a concrete design, focused on the physical and mechanical characteristics of the coarse and fine aggregates supplied by local quarries. It is proposed to carry out a design for the “Uruzca” quarry and another for “Megarok”, thus determining the economic variation through the properties of the aggregates. The study was developed in two stages: the first corresponds to field and laboratory work, while the second focuses on the work in the office that includes the processing of tests, calculations, design dosing and cost analysis. At the end of the investigation, it was obtained that with the “Uruzca” quarry of Cerro Guayabal there is an economic reduction equivalent to 9.45% compared to the “Megarok” quarry of the Picoazá sector.
