Análisis del impacto financiero en la rentabilidad, generado por el acuerdo multipartes en las empresas del sector agroindustrial de frutas en conservas, controladas por la superintendecia de compañías durante el periodo 2016 – 2020

Abstract:

The present research work approaches the analysis of the economic results obtained in the periods 2016 - 2020, in the exporting companies of canned fruit products, controlled by the SUPER INTENDENCIA DE COMPAÑIAS, to show the impact of the Multiparty Agreement with the European Union, in the exports of this productive sector of Ecuador. The main purpose of the companies is to generate economic results, these must be measured to know and determine if the management conducted by the CEO or directors of the company is appropriate, for this measurement has been related; sales, costs and expenses, thus revealing the results of the companies. This study will show the importance of adhering to the multiparty agreement, strategically negotiated, in order of bolstering the Ecuadorian economy by promoting the development of the productive matrix through the promotion of exports, increasing income for this item, results that. In turn, directly and indirectly contribute to the expansion of jobs, reducing informality in the labor sector, generating a positive socio-economic impact by improving the quality of life of Ecuadorians. This analysis is conducted with financial information, obtained from the Super Intendencia de Compañias, of a total of 16 companies in the Agro-industrial sector, in the years 2016 - 2020, these businesses represent 12.15% of the companies in the agro-industrial sector of Ecuador. which contributed 8.3% of the GDP and a growth of 5.5% compared to the previous year.
