Abstract:

For the implementation of the proposal, processes have been identified that create value through the six sigma methodology. Based on these processes, an organic manual of functions was implemented, taking into account the adequacy of the concept of continuous improvement. It details the processes, as well as their main elements, such as policies, management documents and indicators, that will measure the implementation of activities.
