Proyecto de desarrollo para la creación de una empresa de servicios integrales energéticos aplicando el modelo learn startup, que potencie el crecimiento productivo en Guayaquil

Abstract:

It was determined through a survey that the productive sectors in Guayaquil are still in the process of development with regard to the implementation of energy efficiency measures, observing that the main barriers are economic ones, however, 80% consider them to be very high. It is important to have a commitment to business and social responsibility, which encourages the provision of energy services. In addition, through service logistics, a technical feasibility was determined that optimizes resources that together, with an analysis of the income statement and cash flow, concludes that the project generates value, with a starting capital of $ 38,465 obtaining a net present value of $ 115,793 and an internal rate of return of 78.86% in a projected period of 5 years, taking into account the importance and correct application of the marketing plan based on the Lean Startup methodology “create-measure-learn” that helps to potentiate the service provided by optimizing resources.
