Abstract:

The Institutional Evaluation is a practice that must give him (you, them) constant in the educational system of our country Ecuador in all the areas and levels of education continues and formative that allows to stimulate the quality of values and for ended the academic thing across the excellence. In these processes it is needed awkward, competent, creative teachers, qualified to design and to evaluate the curricula of agreement to the requirement of the environment and requirements of the educational institution, to plan the formative processes, to perfect, to modernize the system of education - learning, to select and to evaluate students, to create new careers (races) and implementing programs of education. E1 teacher needs from economic resources and in the general thing to be able to settle the needs of her (it) actualizaci6n and permanent training in the pedagogic thing. The education and the learning are permanent processes of construction of knowledge, which depart from the sabers, experiences and emotions of the persons and that are in different cultural and social contexts. They are, in addition, processes independent but differentiated in which the evaluation is a vital tool. E1 teacher fulfills an essential paper (role) in all that he is a mediator of the learning. He (she) plays the role of a guide and leads, with constant accompaniment, the process of education and learning of the student. Apart there are evaluated aspects that can be concrete and observable, or intangible and not observable directly. This implies the need to take in it (he, she) counts (tells) so much the qualitative as qualitative paradigms, as they are needed by the nature of the variables and of the indicators that want to be observed by the instruments of record and valuation.
