Abstract:

This degree project analyzes the feasibility of “THE CREATION OF A PRODUCTION AND MARKETING COMPANY OF CLOTHING FOR MEN (SHIRTS), LOCATED IN THE CITY OF QUITO". For the analysis, this project has been divided into chapters. In the first chapter, reference is made to the problem, that is, the formulation of the problem, its theoretical and practical justification as well as the general and specific objectives. The second and third chapters contain the conceptual framework that includes a series of terms that will help to understand the content of this project. In addition, the theoretical bases that support the study are detailed. Then, in the fourth chapter, the methodology and unit of analysis that is intended to be used for the applicability of the pre-feasibility project will be analyzed, that is, the methods by which the information will be obtained, and the size of the sample to be studied. In the fifth chapter, the market study will be analyzed and the results of the surveys carried out will be presented. In addition, the supply and demand will be identified; Determination of the market area, its behavior as well as the competition, the behavior of the offer, the structuring of the project, define the location, engineering, its organizational analysis, the legal constitution of the project in adherence to what is established by the super companies for the Ecuadorian companies, concluding with the economic study of the project and the relevance of its applicability.
