Proyecto de intervención en la Facultad de Odontología de la Universidad de Cuenca en comunicación digital, relaciones públicas online y offline
Abstract:
This intervention project was developed in order to integrate digital communication, online and offline public relations in order to improve, enhance and adequately manage external and internal communication of the College of Dentistry of the University of Cuenca. This project applied the use of appropriate strategies and actions to build and maintain the image of the faculty in the target audiences Through the communication of the services that this offer such as: intervention projects, public outreach with the local community, graduate degrees, the promotion of dental healthcare, and internal communication with students, administrators, faculty and the general public. During this intervention, the adequate application and continuous updating of the management of the Facebook fanpage of the College of Dentistry was carried out during the events that were generated in the construction of this project. Participatory action research was used as a methodology, through participatory workshops that enabled the College´s staff to learn about the correct administration of communication, improving their interaction with their audiences, thus achieving a greater scope where their services can be known and promoted
