Abstract:

Inside the tourist diversification of Playas doesn't offer an aquatic park, nevertheless the tourism is promoted alone for its beaches in periods of having traded, carnival, year end, season among other dates of national rest. General Villamil Playas don't have trade powers, marine ports, airports, commercial centers, but it has potential in their tourism, then it is of there where it should not begin attractive projects and as an aquatic park. However in the last ten years the tourist weapon has not been its strong plate, it continues existing great preference to visit beaches the Salinas. Our service consists on the operation of an Aquatic Park in the city of Beaches. This will have four toboggans of great size with a total area of three hectares. The innovation that presents this project is to be able to offer the tourists of this city that they like of the amusement, a park that has the technology and comfort of the last times. The project contains different areas that look for to offer a better service and to offer him a value added the clients. Each complementary service of the local goes directed to a group of consumers with likes, preferences and specific necessities. The idea is very attractive for the local inhabitants because in certain way it will generate work sources and it will be able to become an attractive of the investment for the possible investors.
