Análisis del marco institucional y jurídico de las empresas de seguridad privada dentro del contexto de la seguridad ciudadana

Abstract:

The development of this thesis basically begins with the study and analysis of the Constitutional Rules in force in Ecuador that guarantees and recognized security as a fundamental right and duty of the Central Government for its inhabitants in order that the citizenship can develop its skills, capacities and faculties in a secure and peaceful way where the common good is guaranteed. After analyzing the Constitution of the Republic will be analyzed and studied the procedures to the establishment of Limited Liability Partnerships and after this, we can understand in a better way which are the requirements, authorizations and permits that the Law of Surveillance and Private Security and its respective regulation requires for the legal constitution of Limited Liability Partnerships of Private Security in Ecuador
