Proyecto de inversión para la viabilidad de empresa procesadora y distribuidora de café en la ciudad de Guayaquil.

Abstract:

This investment project consists of establishing the viability of entering in the coffee processing industry in the city of Guayaquil, where it is indicated based on a projectionmade on supply and demand by the survey respondents giving positive results for the consumer, we take into account factors such as the prices of the competition and the channels where the coffee will be distributed. To install the plant, project engineering studies were carried out, which allows us to obtain a favorable result with respect to the location, taking into account critical factors and the implementation of machinery and necessary resources to carry out the project. The total investment of $ 758,040.80 was estimated for the start-up of this project, therefore, based on the analysis carried out, it indicates that the NPV of $ 164,165.03 and the IRR of 17%, obtain positive results in the study carried out.
