Abstract:

Currently the country's main source of energy for cooking our food is liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), As such energy-efficient alternatives are sought to replace partially or completely the use of subsidized LPG. For which we will analyze and identify the characteristics of the Plan initiated by the Government, as may affect the residential area of Guayaquil and what consequences could exist after the implementation of this project and the importance of economic, political and social right, to encourage thrifty culture
