Proyecto para la creación de la hostería turística “San Carlos” en el cantón Mejía, parroquia Machachi - barrio El Pedregal

Abstract:

The main objective of this research work is to carry out the creation of the San Carlos Tourist Inn, which will be located in the province of Pichincha in the Mejia Canton, El Pedregal neighborhood, for this purpose, the methodology of the surveys of tourists and future tourists, both domestic and foreign, will be used, analyzing the economic, financial, legal, environmental and technical feasibility of the project. It was possible to show that it has a 95% chance of creation due to the positive VAN and the TIR higher than the discount percentage, and the return of the investment is to the fourth year. The project will also help to promote tourism and the economy of the sector as from the fourth year it will be a source of work for the inhabitants, improving the quality of life of some families.
