Proyecto para la implementación de viviendas ecológicas para las zonas rurales de la provincia de Santa Elena

Abstract:

This project aims to implement a housing plan developed with sustainable architecture for the residents of rural areas of the Province of Santa Elena. The research was conducted with the analytical — descriptive method, allowing the analysis of the causes and effects of different variables involved in the project to ensure the achievement of goals. The specific results obtained in the market survey; show that housing plan is welcomed by rural residents of the Province of Santa Elena because they believe that purchasing a home is an investment and more when dealing with a home that helps keep the ecosystem.
