Prácticas socialmente responsables en la gestión humana: caso sector financiero
Abstract:
The objective of this research is to describe the socially responsible practices that exist in human management in the financial sector. These practices are summarized in some important dimensions: respect for the individual, equity and diversity, environment and responsible consumption, strategic planning, professional development of employees, work environment, occupational health and safety. The study presents a mixed methodology, with descriptive exploratory scope through the case study method, in which it combines interviews to CSR managers, organization informants and surveys to collect the staff perceptions. Among the results, the components of corporate social practices in human resources are observed through the dimensions, in which case they have as their center the well-being and developing of their potential of the employees. It is concluded that socially responsible practices start from a strategic planning of social responsibility and complement each other in the corporate culture and climate.
