Q fever. Report of 8 cases.

Abstract:

Eight cases are presented of Q fever in its acute form. There are three cases with pulmonary disorders in the form of pneumonia and two cases ver disorders, with the existence of granulomas in the anatomo-pathol ogical study; two cases behave like a self-limited fever syndrome and one associated with a skin lesion. In all of them diagnosis is reach ed by means of serological studies. The evolution led to a cure in si x cases with or without treatment and it was bad in the other two, as sociated with neoplastic processes.
