QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE ELDERLY AND ITS BENEFITS IN THE SOCIAL TOURISM

Abstract:

The variation of tourism typologies is a policy at global level that allows solve this type of imbalances and thus decentralizing the tourist concentration in a certain place. In Ecuador, resources and efforts have been invested to make tourism available to most of society. This study describes the analysis of social tourism, a typology that promotes access to the right to leisure without any barriers and the impact it may have on the older adult population. Theoretical investigation refers to research sources in the world context, which is why it is considered as a theoretical journey on the tourism of the elderly.
