Quality evaluating model for finances institutions obtained by means of a correspondence and cluster analysis


Abstract:

This paper presents a study about Correspondence Analysis and Clusters, in order to obtain a model that can evaluate quality service to be implemented in financial institutions in of Guayaquil city. This study reveals the correlated results of crossed variables coming from the eight P's of service marketing, the ten generic dimensions used by customers to evaluate quality service, and the seven areas of the Malcolm Bridge model that measure quality service.
