Quality management based on the iso 9001 2008 standards production of the company “uniÓn libre”

Abstract:

At present, there is a high number of organizations, in the business field, that consider it necessary to improve their production management system and only very few of them consider that while improving the elementary factors (Inputs: raw materials, materials, labor, energy and technology), device factors (planning, organization and control) must be improved, which implies the introduction of advanced production management systems (MRP, JIT, OPT, TOC and others) which will allow to the company, provide a better level of service to customers, have greater inventory control, greater control of plant operations, improve management effectiveness, and other advantages related to costs and quality of production with the establishment of an adequate system based on ISO 9001 standards, for which a mixed research methodology was used, with a cross-sectional design that allowed characterizing the pro processes of the Association, using observation and field study, a planning model has been used, a management system must be made up of: the quality manual, the processes and procedures manual, the records, the compliance checklists the requirements of ISO 9001.
