Quality: consciousness of a continues improvement in the company


Abstract:

The research refers to an analysis that was carried out in organizations with the purpose of knowing the disadvantages of companies when producing goods and providing services; for this, a qualitative methodological research approach was needed, supported by research techniques and instruments, which allowed identifying the different factors that arise within it, such as the lack of continuous improvement, quality and commitment on the part of the collaborators; in this way, it was evidenced that companies are affected to a greater or lesser extent by the lack of strategies to start up and develop quality processes that achieve a good competitive position in the market and customer satisfaction.
