A bottom-up route for the preparation of novel hierarchical nanostructured hybrid molybdenum oxide-hydrogel composites
Abstract:
A bottom-up synthetic strategy allowing the controlled formation and confinement of spherical polyoxomolybdate nanoarrays during the concomitant formation of cross-linking hydrogel networks is shown. This approach based on synergistic effects provides new possibilities to access programmable supramolecular hybrid nanocomposites. © 2011 The Royal Society of Chemistry and the Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique.
