Quick response codes: Its use in the academic-investigative aspect of the national university of chimborazo

Abstract:

Quick response codes (QR codes) are used in technology, marketing, economics, finance and education. In the latter, by publishing open digital content. This article presents the repercussion of the use of this type of codes in the academic-investigative aspect of the National University of Chimborazo in Ecuador, finding that access to books published by university professors increased up to 90%, after the use of QR codes.
