REFLECTIONS AND PROPOSAL IN LEGAL SCIENCES FROM THE SCIENTIFIC RATIONALITY AND RESEARCH TRAINING OF UNIVERSITY PROFESSIONALS
Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to analyze the relationship between the demarcation criteria on scientific rationality existing in historical and logical processes of development of science, the particularities and importance of legal scientific rationality and the main elements of an experience of development of scientific rationality in the process of research training of jurisprudence students. The main methodological assumptions refer to a qualitative approach research, based on grounded theory and documentary analysis. The work examines the place and role of scientific rationality in the research training processes of university students and professionals (undergraduate and graduate level), through a relationship of elements of heuristic value present in the historical background of the scientific practice itself and the debates on this remarkable resource of scientific thought.
