Realidad de la práctica pedagógica y curricular de la educación básica y bachillerato de la unidad educativa Liceo Naval Quito, de la ciudad de Quito, durante el año lectivo 2014-2015


Abstract:

The globalization demands deep, fast and extremely complex changes for teenagers who unwrap multifaceted situations that is why professors have to find the suitable and permanent process of growth, training and continuous transformation that allow us to debate What is our real function in the classrooms?, What is our contribution for education?, and What type of human being is wished to be brought up?. In this sense, is important to determine the preponderant pedagogical model as well as the conceptual theoretical fundaments, these consecutive questionnaires allow to analyze the reality of the pedagogical and curricular practice into the general elementary and high school education. Twenty surveys were applied, 10 professors of elementary education, 10 professors of high school, as well to 40 students, 20 of elementary education, 20 of high school to make the studies of the samples. Many instruments were applied as: surveys, interviews, information compiled of the Educative Institution, observation index cards with the purpose of knowing the different pedagogical practices to be determined as an alternative solution. Once the difficulties were found, the proposal will be a change of attitude and the application of the pedagogical model through training courses, seminars, pedagogical conferences, educative innovation projects that will allow to build up an environment of affectivity that innovate the professors’ development into his/her educative labour.
