Abstract:

Resumen El estudio define un proyecto factible desde el punto de vista técnico, económico, financiero y ambiental, con la suficiente capacidad para el tráfico actual y futuro, que proporcione una buena velocidad operativa, economía en el transporte, regularidad en el servicio, seguridad y confort al usuario, dentro de las actividades y costos previstos. La demanda será investigada a través del estudio del tráfico en la zona, (TPDA) el mismo que se realizara mediante conteos volumétricos manuales durante las 24 horas del día, 7 días de la semana para identificar y caracterizar el flujo vehicular y crecimiento además de un estudio Socio-económico que revelara los beneficios del proyecto no sólo para mejorar la comunicación y el transporte sino y sobre todo como factor de enorme influencia en el desarrollo de la productividad y comercio de las tierras que actualmente están casi improductivas o tienen muy bajo rendimiento por no existir el incentivo producido por la vía, lo que de hecho, asegura la rentabilidad del proyecto.
